How you’ll make an impact in this role
Evaluate patient needs in collaboration with physicians, care teams and families to design personalized care plans that support recovery.
Deliver targeted therapeutic care and maintain clear documentation to guide patients steadily toward their goals.
Empower patients, families and caregivers by teaching practical rehabilitation techniques tailored to their specific diagnosis.
Coordinate daily caseloads with therapy and medical staff to prioritize patient care needs and ensure seamless handoffs.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
