Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality 1:1 outpatient occupational therapy services directly in patients' homes. Manage patient care through the Luna platform, including automated documentation and monitoring of prescribed exercises.
Requirements
Must hold an active, state-specific Occupational Therapist license and possess reliable personal transportation. Candidates are also required to maintain current CPR/BLS certification and liability insurance.
