Key Responsibilities

You will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges by designing and implementing personalized care plans. Additionally, you will monitor patient progress and provide education to families to ensure a safe transition home.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess an Occupational Therapy credential from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board. A BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is also required within 30 days of hire.
