Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management The Spine & Pain Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient specialty practice.

This role provides high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, a collaborative approach to care, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment and comprehensive pain management strategies.

Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and review of diagnostic results Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Perform and document new patient visits, follow-up appointments, and post-procedural evaluations Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with federal and state regulations Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and ongoing professional development Maintain compliance with clinic policies, HIPAA, OSHA standards, and licensure requirements

Current and unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license Current ANCC or AANPCB certification Current DEA registration with authority to prescribe controlled substances Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, primary care, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or a related specialty preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills EMR proficiency required Why Join Us?
