This position focuses on the evaluation and treatment of spine and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based medicine and advanced interventional procedures, including spine injections and radiofrequency ablation.

Physicians will practice in a collaborative outpatient environment with access to an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and experienced clinical support staff dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy performing procedures and working in a team-oriented, patient-focused practice. Physicians with experience performing fluoroscopy-guided spine injections, medial branch blocks, or radiofrequency ablation are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with spine, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions Provide comprehensive non-surgical spine care Perform interventional procedures, including: Epidural steroid injections Facet joint injections Medial branch blocks Radiofrequency ablation (nerve ablation) Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated care Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and long-term health management Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record system

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following: Pain Medicine Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Anesthesiology Neurology Internal Medicine Family Medicine Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Interventional Spine preferred Experience performing interventional spine procedures such as injections or nerve ablation preferred Active Oklahoma medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $220,000 – $240,000 annually $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates 401(k) with employer matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development and continuing education support Opportunity for productivity or procedure-based incentives Job Details Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma – In Person Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic with access to ambulatory surgery center Education: Doctorate (MD or DO) – Required Relocation: Candidates must be able to relocate to Tulsa, Oklahoma prior to starting employment.
