Job Description
Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at Fairview Roselawn Clinic. Roselawn is a conveniently located in a St. Paul neighborhood clinic on Sloan Place that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life.
Join a welcoming, community-focused Family Medicine practice serving a diverse St. Paul population, including Karen, Hmong, immigrant and refugee families.
Roselawn offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and generations of families while practicing broad-spectrum Family Medicine.
Providers also benefit from the resources and specialty support of the M Health Fairview system, along with opportunities to participate in innovative community initiatives that address health equity and the unique needs of the patients we serve.
Practice Details
- Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule
- 34 patient contact hours per week
- 12 provider primary care practice, including Advanced Practice Providers.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
- Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal nurse practitioner training program
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
- Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota RN licensure and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) certification through the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
Preferred Qualifications
2+ Years of Nurse Practitioner experience

Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing and nurse practitioner program with current BC/BE certification through AANP or ANCC. Requires active Minnesota APRN and RN licensure, along with the ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification.
