We are looking for a Physician Assistant to provide good medical care to older patients in the program.

Your Duties

Work together with doctors to give primary medical care.

Key Responsibilities

Work together with doctors to give primary medical care.

Check and assess patients when they first join, every six months, once a year, or whenever needed.

Create and follow personalized care plans with the team.

Treat patients who are sick and manage long

Requirements

Must have graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Must have an active PA license in North Carolina or be willing to get one –

At least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant (preferably with elderly patients) –

Experience working with frail or elderly populations, or be willing to take PACE training – Must have BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification –

Work Schedule

Fixed schedule.

Call responsibilities required.
