Responsibilities

The Advance Practice Providers we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, and primary care. The APPs who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Posted Max Pay Rate
