Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Shifts Available: PRN & Full Time
Service Areas for Coverage: Northeast, Northwest, Southeast

Responsibilities
- Assist in the facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities.
- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy care plans.
- Assist with the coordination of care with the home healthcare team.
- Educate patients and family members about health conditions.
- Prepare timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other care team members.
Qualifications
- Assistant Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Knowledge of home health regulations and general healthcare compliance.
- Experience with HCHB EMR (preferred).
- Able to handle physical workload.
- Good driving record.
- Excellent communication and people skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas and possess a good driving record. Experience in home health and familiarity with HCHB EMR software are preferred.
