Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services to patients within skilled nursing facilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to optimize patient functional outcomes and quality of life.
Candidates must hold a valid Virginia license as a Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or Physician Assistant. Experience in the post-acute or skilled nursing facility space is preferred.
