Compensation: $27.49 - $36.44 The final job offer is based on several factors (internal equity, skills, education, experience, and credentials).

We are seeking a Crisis Stabilization Clinician to provide therapy and crisis stabilization services to children, families, and adults.
This position is Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility of evenings depending on client need. This is a hybrid remote/office position.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensed in the State of Michigan as a licensed or limited licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within thirty (30) days of hire.
- Specialized training and at least one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families (if working primarily with children/families).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.
- Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
- Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely in stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Credentialed through the Michigan Certificate Board for Addiction Professionals.
- Three years of post-graduate experience.
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
