Description
Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient pain medicine practice based in Whiting, New Jersey with coverage throughout surrounding Ocean and Monmouth County communities.
The NP will provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic pain while collaborating closely with Pain Management physicians and an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team.
The position provides exposure to interventional pain management, medication management, spine care, diagnostic evaluation, and appropriate office-based procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- National board certification
- Active or eligible New Jersey NP/APRN license
- Active DEA registration or eligibility
- Pain Management, Spine, Orthopedics, PM&R, or Neurology experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Procedural experience preferred
- Strong documentation and patient-education skills
