Short Description
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - OB/GYN Marlton, New Jersey Assume responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty.
In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patients, staff and patient education, and research.
Serve as a significant member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Experience Required
- Women’s Health NP certification; Midwife certification; will consider PA with women health experience.
- Education Requirements
- Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
License/Certification Requirements
- New Jersey RN, APN, or PA license; APN or PA board certified American Heart Association BLS certification
- Special Requirements
- Schedule - Hours/Days: Full-Time 40 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments within the OB/GYN specialty. They will also contribute to staff and patient education while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and possess a valid New Jersey license. Required certifications include Women’s Health NP, Midwife, or relevant PA experience, along with American Heart Association BLS.
