Local Med Spa and Wellness Practice
Location: Allen, TX (On-Site)
Schedule: Tue-Sat, 5 days/week, varied hours
Employment
Full-Time preferred; open to Part-Time for the right provider
Compensation
- $60-$70/hr base + commission and performance incentives
- Credential
- NP or PA license in good standing (Texas-ready)
A lead clinical seat, real influence, and room to build your own book. Join a growing medical spa and wellness practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro where a strong provider delivers injectables and contributes to the full wellness offering, and where your work shapes the patient experience and the clinical standards the team builds on.
The Role
You will serve as a primary injector and clinical authority, delivering injectables and contributing to the full wellness offering, including hormone optimization conversations and cross-education. You must be clinically excellent and genuinely fluent in the broader wellness model. This is not an inject-only seat.
What You'll Do
- Perform neuromodulators and dermal fillers with advanced technique and strong safety judgment.
- Lead consults: full-face assessment, treatment planning, and long-term maintenance strategy.
- Contribute to hormone optimization and wellness conversations within scope and clinic protocols, bridging aesthetics and anti-aging for the whole patient.
- Educate and convert patients into plans, memberships, and programs through trust-building conversations.
- Support provider responsibilities within clinic protocols and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate charting and uphold a premium patient experience.
- Partner with practice leadership to establish consistency, outcomes, and patient retention.
Requirements
Must-Haves
Active NP or PA license in good standing (Texas-ready).
Hands-on, independent tox and filler experience. No train-from-scratch. You are independently injecting patients today.
HRT and hormone optimization experience. You can support patient conversations, contribute to the wellness side, and speak to the model fluently. This is a required competency, not a nice-to-have.
Strong consult skills: you lead treatment planning, set expectations, and secure the next step.
Preferred Experience
- Comfort with performance outcomes: conversion, membership attach, and retention expectations.
- Mature clinical judgment and documentation discipline.
- Medspa, dermatology, or plastics experience with premium patient expectations in a DFW-area market.
- Experience with the full anti-aging stack: peptides, testosterone therapy, IV therapy, weight management, or similar.
- Ability to establish standards and eventually mentor additional providers.
- A local following or referral network in the North Dallas area is a plus.
You Will Thrive Here If
- You are solution-oriented: when something needs improvement, you raise it constructively and help build the answer.
- You are flexible, proactive, and willing to keep learning as the practice grows.
- You are comfortable being measured on outcomes and take accountability for your results.
Benefits
Compensation + Benefits
$60-$70/hr base commensurate with experience, plus commission and performance incentives.
Consistent schedule: Tue/Wed 10am-6pm, Thu 11am-7pm, Fri 10am-5pm, Sat 8am-3pm. No on-call, no hospital shifts.
- Full-Time preferred; open to Part-Time for the right provider.
- A seat with real influence over how the patient experience, clinical culture, and standards take shape.
- Strong market: North Dallas is a growing part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro with strong patient demand.
About the Practice
A growing medical spa and wellness practice that combines medical aesthetics with hormone optimization and wellness services, so a provider can deliver real clinical value across the whole patient rather than a single service line.
