Hiring Range

  • $119,912.00 - $152,131.20
  • (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).

Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities Include

Provide comprehensive outpatient women’s health and obstetric care, including preventive, prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic services.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common obstetric and gynecologic conditions, performing appropriate screenings, counseling, and office procedures within scope of practice.

Order and interpret diagnostic testing, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes.

Deliver exceptional patient-centered care through education, clinical collaboration, timely care coordination, and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

  • A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)
  • Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
