Job Description
- What You’ll Do
- Deliver Exceptional Treatments
- Conduct personalized client consultations.
- Perform laser hair removal and other assigned aesthetic treatments.
- Educate clients about treatment plans, expected results, and pre- and post-treatment care.
- Accurately document consultations and treatments.
- Follow all clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
Create an Amazing Client Experience
- Make personalized service, package, and membership recommendations.
- Build client trust through education, communication, and exceptional care.
- Support goals related to rebooking, treatment-plan completion, conversion, and client retention.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and high-energy experience during every visit.
- Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Support Your Studio
- Partner with reception, studio leadership, and clinical leadership to keep each day running smoothly.
- Maintain clean, organized, and treatment-ready rooms.
- Participate in training, coaching, promotions, and studio initiatives.
- Communicate client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns promptly.
What You Bring
- An active Nurse Practitioner license that meets applicable state requirements.
- Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and client-service skills.
- Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
- A positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
- The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Schedule and Availability
- Shifts may be up to 10 hours.
- Full-time Providers may work up to 40 hours per week.
- Must have open availability (can be scheduled any day of the week based on office needs).
- Weekend availability is required, including at least two Saturdays per month.
- Sunday, evening, and holiday availability may be required based on studio hours and business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
Providers receive a competitive base hourly rate, client tips, and commission opportunities. Tips and commissions are not guaranteed and may vary based on client volume, services performed, and performance.
