Job Description

Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) – Mobile Primary Care

Mobile Medical | The Villages, FL 32159

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible Schedule | No Nights, Weekends, or Major Holidays

Your Patients. Your Schedule. Your Autonomy.

What if you could practice primary care without being tied to a clinic?

Mobile Medical is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) who wants more control over their day, more meaningful time with patients, and the freedom to practice medicine where patients are most comfortable — in their own homes. You won't spend your day moving from exam room to exam room.

You won't be tied to a rigid clinic schedule. Instead, you'll have the autonomy to build and manage your daily schedule, see patients one-on-one in the community, and develop meaningful long-term relationships with the people you serve, while building your practice on your terms.

What Makes This Different?

You have autonomy over your day.

  • Create and manage your daily schedule
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • No nights, weekends, or major holidays
  • No traditional clinic environment
  • One-on-one patient care
  • See patients in the comfort of their own homes
  • Greater clinical independence
  • Build lasting relationships with your patients
  • Mix of in-person and telehealth visits
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Company-issued iPad
  • Support from a growing team of 70+ providers

Earning Potential

$100,000–$110,000 annual base salary

Compensation is based on 40 visits per week, with additional incentives for visits above 40 per week and opportunities to increase earnings through the mix of telehealth and in-person visits. Average NP earnings are approximately $154,000 annually, based on additional visit incentives and productivity. This gives you the opportunity to choose the pace and schedule that works best for you while having a clear path to additional earnings.

WHY NPs ARE CHOOSING MOBILE PRIMARY CARE

If You're Ready to Move Away From

  • High-volume clinic environments
  • Rigid appointment schedules
  • Constantly moving from patient to patient
  • Limited autonomy
  • Long hours in a clinic
  • Short patient interactions

…and toward:

  • More control over your schedule
  • More one-on-one patient time
  • Greater clinical autonomy
  • Relationship-based medicine
  • Community-based care
  • A Monday–Friday schedule
  • The ability to see patients where they are most comfortable — at home

this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
