Job Description
Grace Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals.

NP Education: Master of Science in Nursing and successful completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program in a practice specialty.
PA Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and eligible for or currently certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients within a Federally Qualified Health Center setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and continuous care.
Requirements
Must hold a Master of Science in Nursing or be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Candidates must be certified or eligible for certification by the relevant national boards.
