The Opportunity

This is a full-time small animal general practice position with flexibility for the right veterinarian to join as either an Associate Veterinarian or Medical Director.

The opportunity includes compensation starting at $130,000, a strong signing bonus, and partnership potential for eligible candidates.

Medical Director candidates will have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, support the veterinary team, help guide medical standards, and contribute to the continued development of the practice.

Associate Veterinarian candidates do not need to be pursuing leadership. Veterinarians looking for a strong clinical opportunity with room for long-term professional growth are encouraged to explore the position.

• What We’re Looking For
• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Current veterinary license in Arkansas, or eligibility to obtain one
• Interest in small animal general practice
• Commitment to thoughtful, high-quality veterinary medicine
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to medicine
• Leadership experience or interest for veterinarians considering the Medical Director role
• Experienced Associate Veterinarians are encouraged to explore the opportunity
