In July 2026, Bond Vet and Small Door Veterinary merged to build a more connected, accessible, and compassionate veterinary care experience across routine, primary, and urgent care. The combined organization will span more than 55 clinics across major Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets, serving over half a million pets.

This role will play an important part in shaping the next chapter of our combined organization and advancing our shared mission to transform veterinary care.

Associate Veterinarian

$130,000 - $160,000 plus production

Mentorship & Growth

Personalized training and mentorship plans for vets post-internship, or at any stage in their career. You'll work with your clinic, regional, and national medical leaders to come up with a development plan that meets your goals.

Interested in advancing your dentistry skills? We'll prioritize attendance at our dental training labs in our national training center.

Want to say yes to that client that needs a cystotomy performed on their pet? We'll share access to our 3D immersive training library and schedule a time when we can perform it together.

Support near and far. We have a highly-skilled remote team of nurses to lend support with client needs, triaging cases, and assisting with day-to-day tasks when things get busy in the clinic.

• What We’re Looking For
• Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
• State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure
• At least 1 year of experience practicing as a Veterinarian in a clinical setting.

• The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
