How you’ll make an impact in this role

Evaluate patient physical conditions through initial and ongoing assessments to design customized care plans that restore mobility, manage pain and rebuild functional independence.

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to each individual's needs, driving optimal recovery and safe physical outcomes.

Collaborate with patients, family members and multidisciplinary care teams to establish personalized treatment goals, provide clear education and support smooth care transitions.

Guide physical therapy assistants, students and support personnel to ensure consistent clinical quality, high safety standards and strong team alignment.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
