Job Description

A leading home health organization in Ramona, California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team!

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00/hour

Physical Therapist Opportunity

  • Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
  • Monday-Friday day shift schedule with weekend rotation
  • Guaranteed weekly pay
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus available

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes

Physical Therapist Qualifications

  • Active California Physical Therapist license required
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Home health experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers on home safety and exercise programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active California Physical Therapist license and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. A minimum of one year of experience and current BLS/CPR certification are required.
