Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credential from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice. Candidates must also obtain BLS provider certification within 30 days of hire.
