Job Description
ABA Therapist
Goshen Speech & Hearing Center is seeking motivated candidates to join our multidisciplinary clinical team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults ages 2–21, primarily those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
RBTs work directly with patients in a one-on-one, office-based setting, implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting skill development under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals ages 2–21
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by the BCBA
- Teach and reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills
- Support the development of independence and positive behaviors
- Collect and record behavioral and session data accurately
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and other clinical team members
- Participate in training and supervision sessions
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with ABA guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, or
- Prior experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Interest in working with children and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $45,000 - 52,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
