Join UW Health as a Clinical Pharmacist – Inpatient Central Pharmacy – Per Diem in Madison, Wisconsin. Work Schedule: 20% FTE. Variety of AM & PM schedules available (6:00AM – 11:00PM).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree Required.

• Completion of an ASHP Accredited Residency training program Preferred.

• Work Experience.

• 1 year of clinical patient care and orders management experience Required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $135K - $189K

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
