Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient - Med/Surg

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will provide medication therapy management services to inpatient medical and surgical patients as part of an interdisciplinary team. Additionally, the role involves performing distributive tasks and providing clinical training to pharmacy residents and students.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or PharmD degree in Pharmacy and possess at least one year of clinical patient care experience. Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency program is preferred, and licensure in Wisconsin is required within 90 days of hire.
