Nurse Practitioner Pensacola FL

$130,000–$140,000/Year + Productivity Bonus | Full-Time | No Weekends | Early Fridays

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing multidisciplinary medical practice in Pensacola, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative healthcare team helping patients manage pain, improve mobility, and restore function.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions
  • Perform physical exams, review diagnostic imaging, and test results
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide medication management and coordinate conservative treatment options
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Interest or experience in musculoskeletal and pain management care preferred
  • Team-oriented and patient-focused
