Job Details: Job Location: Colorado Springs Area - Colorado Spriimgs, CO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.35 - $29.67Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Unlicensed Counselor Colorado Springs, CO | Non-Exempt | Full-Time Earn Quarterly Incentive Pay in Addition to Your Base Salary In addition to base compensation, eligible providers have the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay when established service goals are met.
Most counselors earn an average of over $1,000 per quarter. Please ask us for more details on this program. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) As a nonprofit organization, Diversus Health employees may be eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

What You'll Do
Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic services. Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning. Maintain timely, compliant documentation and quality standards. Use client feedback and outcomes to guide treatment and engagement.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Experience providing therapy, assessments, case management, behavioral health services, or related clinical support preferred Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to professional development and obtaining licensure within two years preferred
