Job Details: Job Location: Colorado Springs Area - Colorado Spriimgs, CO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $68000.00 - $86000.00Salary, Job Shift: Any, Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC) Colorado Springs, CO | Exempt | Full-Time Earn Quarterly Incentive Pay in Addition to Your Base SalaryIn addition to base compensation, eligible providers have the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay when established service goals are met.

Most counselors earn an average of over $1,000 per quarter. Please ask us for more details on this program. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) As a nonprofit organization, Diversus Health employees may be eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

What You'll Do

Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful client outcomes Advocate for individuals and families throughout their treatment journey Choose Your Clinical Focus We offer specialized teams based on your experience and clinical interests: Adult Counseling | Jet Wing Provide ongoing therapy for adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders Deliver evidence-based treatment across individual, couples, and group therapy Substance use programming includes: IOP (Intensive Outpatient) Relapse prevention DUI-specific programming Justice-involved curricula Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) | Jet Wing Intensive, community-based care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) Work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team model Deliver care primarily in home and community settings with a strong focus on engagement Youth & Family Counseling | Parkside Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families Strong collaboration with schools and community partners Modalities include: Individual, family, and play therapy Skills groups

Qualifications

Active Colorado LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAC license in good standing Experience providing therapy, assessments, and/or crisis intervention services Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team

Apply today! diversushealth.org Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Licensed, in good standing, in the State of Colorado in a counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) Must have sufficient language skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to accurately and professionally implement and document the services provided to clients.

Must possess basic computer skills and type 25+ w. p. m. for the input and output of client information, using electronic health record.

Must be able to perform and understand active listening, ethical conduct, social perception, service orientation, complex problem solving, writing, monitoring, judgment and decision-making skills Experience working therapeutically with specified population.

Experience using various treatment modalities appropriate for specified population, utilizing strength-based therapeutic approaches. Experience working in a team environment. Mobility Clause: This position requires flexibility to work at various Diversus Health locations based on operational and business needs.

While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
