Job Details: Job Location: Colorado Springs Area - Colorado Spriimgs, CO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $77000.00 - $86000.00Salary, Job Shift: Any, Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC) Colorado Springs, CO | Exempt | Full-Time Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) As a nonprofit organization, Diversus Health employees may be eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

What You'll Do
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful client outcomes Advocate for individuals and families throughout their treatment journey Choose Your Clinical Focus We offer specialized teams based on your experience and clinical interests: Crisis Walk-In | Lighthouse Provide same-day access for individuals in acute behavioral health distress Conduct crisis assessments, stabilization, and safety planning Fast-paced environment with high clinical acuity and rapid decision-making Mobile Crisis (Licensed Only) | Lighthouse Respond directly to community-based behavioral health crises Provide on-site de-escalation, risk assessment, and care coordination Ideal for clinicians experienced in field-based crisis intervention Same Day Access (SDA) Intake Team Intake-focused role (no caseload) Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and service recommendations Work with children, adolescents, and adults across mental health and substance use needs Ideal for clinicians who excel in assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making
Qualifications
Active Colorado LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAC license in good standing Experience providing therapy, assessments, and/or crisis intervention services Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team

Apply today! diversushealth.org Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Licensed, in good standing, in the State of Colorado in a counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) Must have sufficient language skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to accurately and professionally implement and document the services provided to clients.
Must possess basic computer skills and type 25+ w. p. m. for the input and output of client information, using electronic health record.
Must be able to perform and understand active listening, ethical conduct, social perception, service orientation, complex problem solving, writing, monitoring, judgment and decision-making skills Experience working therapeutically with specified population.
Experience using various treatment modalities appropriate for specified population, utilizing strength-based therapeutic approaches. Experience working in a team environment. Mobility Clause: This position requires flexibility to work at various Diversus Health locations based on operational and business needs.
While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities
The counselor will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients. They will also perform crisis intervention, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Colorado license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAC in good standing. Strong clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and experience in therapy or crisis intervention are required.
