Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a physical therapist to help patients ages 30-80 improve mobility and daily function through musculoskeletal rehabilitation. You will join a team that currently includes one PT, one PT aide, and two front desk staff, with an expected workload of approximately 25 patients per day.

No prior professional experience is required, and new graduates are welcome; this opening is full-time only, with no part-time option. Your fixed schedule will be Monday and Wednesday, 11:00 AM-7:00 PM, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Turn musculoskeletal evaluations into individualized treatment plans with clear, functional goals.
  • Help patients improve strength, mobility, and daily function through appropriate physical therapy interventions.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response and changing needs.
  • Teach patients exercises and practical strategies that support progress between appointments.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation to support consistent treatment and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the PT aide and front desk staff to keep patient visits organized and treatment time focused.
  • Communicate with other treating clinicians to keep rehabilitation goals connected to the patient’s broader care plan.
  • A degree in physical therapy.
  • An active physical therapy license.
  • Foundational skills in musculoskeletal assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic exercise; skills developed during clinical training are welcome.
  • Clear patient communication and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Availability for the full-time, on-site schedule listed above.
  • New graduates are welcome
  • Hourly compensation of $50-$55.
  • 10 PTO days after a 90-day probationary period.

Requirements
