FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Concord, NC is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.

Our clinic provides individualized care for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while developing your clinical expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
  • Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
