Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor provides direct oversight and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians while managing behavioral support services for clients with ASD. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating staff training and productivity.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master or doctorate degree in a human-related field and possess a BCBA certification. A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or ASD is required.
