Key Responsibilities
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will design, implement, and monitor customized behavioral treatment plans while providing direct therapy to clients. They will also serve as a member of interdisciplinary teams and train staff on positive behavior support methodologies.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline. A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is strictly required for this position.
