The BCBA is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans while training staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology. They also serve as members of interdisciplinary teams to provide expertise on behavioral issues and conduct systematic behavioral assessments.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline. A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is strictly required for this position.
