The BCBA is responsible for designing, monitoring, and reporting on behavior plans while modeling Positive Behavior Support methodology for staff. They also provide direct behavioral treatment and participate in interdisciplinary teams to address the unique needs of clients.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Experience in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming and behavioral intervention is required.
