The Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will also partner directly with families to drive progress and conduct functional behavior assessments.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The role requires the ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam.
