Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical oversight and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs while managing behavioral support services for clients with ASD. Develop and monitor behavioral intervention plans, conduct assessments, and ensure staff productivity and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Requires a Master or doctorate degree in a human-related field and current BCBA certification. Candidates must have three or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or ASD.
