The Nurse Practitioner will independently manage specialized wound care across multiple skilled nursing facilities, including performing debridement. They are responsible for maintaining a patient volume of 90-100 patients per week and documenting care using the DocNow EMR system.
Candidates must be Board Certified Nurse Practitioners with an active Connecticut APRN license or eligibility for one. Previous experience in wound care and debridement is strictly required for this role.
