We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Bellefonte, PA area. This position is eligible for $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus.

What You’ll Do

Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, and home safety, developing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life

Educate and empower patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, use of assistive equipment, energy conservation, and home safety strategies to support safe, confident participation in daily routines

  • OT Qualifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist, OT license in the state you work
  • One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
