Position Summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Leesburg, GA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team.

Working alongside our Physical Therapists, you will help carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients' strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall quality of life.

Whether you're an experienced PTA or a new graduate beginning your career, you'll have opportunities to develop your clinical skills while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the clinical team
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Georgia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for Georgia licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
