Position Summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Leesburg, GA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve their goals.

Whether you are an experienced clinician or a new graduate beginning your career, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, expand your clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact on the patients you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and strategies to support continued progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Georgia licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
