Job Description

Clinic Director / Licensed Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho)

Location: Champaign, IL (2110 Fox Dr.)

Compensation Range: $90k-115k/year - Based on experience*

This position is eligible for additional compensation: Director bonus plan

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program with current or pending licensure in the respective state required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
