Physical Therapist Marlboro NJ
$100K–$125K + $10K Sign-On Bonus | Up to $12K Annual Bonus | Full Benefits
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers.
For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists,, physicians, occupational therapists.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
- Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- New Jersey Physical Therapist license
- We will consider recent grads
- Orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred but will consider motivated new grads
- Experience in a multidisciplinary setting is a plus
Schedule
Full-Time | 40 hours/week (Mon-Friday)
Compensation
- $100,000–$125,000/year + Up to $12,000 additional annual bonus
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
