Inner Circle Physical Therapy and Myofascial Release Centers is looking for an individual who wishes to maximize their potential. We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our practice and provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in our facility.

We currently have 5 PTs on staff all of which have been with us for 12+ years due to our positive, progressive work environment.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate healer who is passionate about their patient’s wellness and committed to help them find their mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

· Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice as well as state standards

· Develop a plan of treatment for each patient based on initial and ongoing evaluations including short and long-term goals, collaborating with other staff members, and required patient and caregiver involvement

· Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility documentation procedures

· Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable

· Keep track of patient progress, and report progress to patient, caregivers and loved ones, as well as facility staff and healthcare providers as needed

· Develop a plan for patients following completion of their plan of treatment

· Assist staff members to provide a safe, clean, effective environment

Requirements

· MPT, or DPT degree required. New graduates are welcome, but must have interest in manual course work, or willingness to learn and practice in MFR (Myofascial Release). Interest in learning, developing or using your skills in manual therapy with a varied patient load.

· Current or acquiring Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license for state of operation

· Ability to work with patients aged 10 years and up

· Ability to work with 2- patients per hour
