Arpella Physical Therapy & Performance is a five-year-old outpatient practice based in Arnold, Maryland, built around a hybrid cash-pay and insurance model. We hold ourselves to a higher standard of patient experience than a typical clinic, backed by our own internal training systems, culture handbook, and brand. Our team is high-energy, growth-minded, and genuinely invested in each other's success.

In your first year at the Edgewater location, you will have built a loyal client caseload of motivated community members, athletes, coaches, and those seeking the complete PT experience, established Arpella as the club's embedded performance and recovery resource, and positioned yourself to take over day-to-day leadership of the location as it grows. Mitch Stanley, DPT, Arpella's owner and clinic director, will work directly alongside you as you build it together.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one, physical therapy and performance care to community members, coaches, and greater Annapolis-area athletes, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm

• Build relationships with athletes and coaches on-site, positioning Arpella as the injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance resource

• Run evaluations, build treatment plans, and track outcomes using Arpella's clinical documentation and quality standards

• Bring performance and endurance-sport expertise to the role, the same way each of our Arnold clinicians owns their own specialty niche (Golf, Plyometric, Functional Nutrition, Pelvic Health)

• Partner directly with Mitch to grow the location's caseload, with a clear path to leading the site day-to-day as it builds out

• Represent the Arpella brand and client experience standard at a new site, with more autonomy than a typical staff PT role

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

• Active Maryland physical therapy license, or license-eligible ahead of a November 2026 start

• Experience treating athletic or performance-focused populations in an outpatient, sports, or performance rehab setting

• Comfortable working independently on-site, without a supervising PT physically present each day

• Willing to build a 100% cash-pay caseload; this location will be a hybrid cash-insurance clinic

Preferred

• Background in working with endurance sport athletes, as an athlete, coach, or clinical specialist

• Prior experience in a cash-pay, concierge, or membership-based practice model

• Interest in eventually taking on lead PT or site-leadership responsibilities as the location grows

Schedule & Location

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm, on-site Edgewater, Maryland (Route 2 corridor). Part-time to start, with room to grow as the caseload builds toward a lead PT role. Target start date: November-December 2026.
