Job Description
- vision of the Executive Director, to promote person-centered care for each resident and ensure quality care, and to assist in maintaining a physical, social, and emotional environment that fosters the best interest of the residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing oversees clinical services within the assisted living facility to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. They are responsible for promoting person-centered care and maintaining a supportive environment for residents and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved RN program and hold an active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and relational skills are required.
