- APP - Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant - Float
- Float locations: Nassau/Queens
- Monday-Friday 5/8.5 hour shifts

In This Role, You Will
Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients preoperatively and manage postoperative clinical care.
- Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
We Require
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or Physician Assistant License.
- At least one (1) year of experience in Oncology/Hematology (helpful but not required).
- Strong computer skills; experience with EMR is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to all locations listed. Required Hospitals: - Winthrop Hospital - St. Francis Hospital - Long Island Jewish Hospital - North Shore University Hospital
