About the Role

Connecticut Oncology Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its hematology and oncology team in a collaborative outpatient setting. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to manage patients across the continuum of cancer care, including follow-up visits, treatment monitoring, symptom management, and care coordination. This position will involve practicing three days per week at our Middletown clinic and one day per week at our Westbrook clinic, offering the opportunity to build relationships with patients and collaborate with care teams across both locations. The practice fosters a collegial, team-oriented environment where providers deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
