The Physician Assistant will manage surgical inpatients, perform operative first-assists, and conduct bedside procedures as part of a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for performing physical examinations and formulating medical and psychosocial treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
Candidates must hold an unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License or be eligible for one. While new graduates are welcome to apply, two or more years of inpatient surgery experience is preferred.
